Melanoma Monday, and some good news!

A friend reminded me that today is Melanoma Monday. What a day to be at Moffitt Cancer Center, right? As someone who has been battling cancer for the past year and a half, I’d like to give anyone reading this a piece of advice: If you spot anything funky on your skin, go see a dermatologist. Melanoma is deadly, but it can be treatable if it’s caught early enough. So don’t ignore odd looking moles like I did. If I’d listened to my wife when she told me to go to the dermatologist, I might not have needed four surgeries in a year and 12 immunotherapy treatments.

On a much lighter note, I got some great news today. Check out this short video to hear about it!
